UglyRobot, LLC operates this website and handles the information you submit.
What we collect
Project enquiries include your name, email, optional phone, contact preference, city, ZIP, property authorization, project answers and notes. We store your consent, a receipt, submission time and source page. Privacy requests collect your name, email, request type and optional notes. Spam checks process technical request information, including codes derived from IP addresses. Campaign labels, full referrers and arbitrary query strings are not stored.
How we use and share it
We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry, assess local availability and handle privacy requests. We do not automatically forward them to installers or add you to marketing. A future provider introduction needs your permission.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare provides hosting, enquiry storage and spam verification. Authorized operators review records through protected tools. GitHub stores private owner exports for one day; the operator protects and removes downloaded copies under the retention policy.
Retention
Our retention target is 90 days. The operator removes expired records using a manual process; deletion does not run automatically on day 90.
