Who confirms well space, escape access and any cover against the applicable requirements?

Who restores the grade, paving or landscape, and what maintenance should the owner plan?
Common questions
Is gravel enough to show the drainage works?
No. Ask the installer to assess the actual drainage path and existing systems. Visible gravel alone does not establish how water will leave the well.
Is a well cover a complete egress installation?
A cover is an accessory. It does not address a missing or undersized opening, foundation work or the property’s water-management needs.
